Residential Sales Summer Work Placement – Haslemere/Guildford

Our work placement programme provides the ideal opportunity to learn more about Knight Frank and the fast- paced property industry while gaining experience in one of our Country Sales offices. The placement will give you insight to life as a Sales Negotiator, supporting your team with processing enquiries, attending property viewings and gaining invaluable exposure in successfully closing deals. Pre-existing knowledge of real estate isn't essential because we'll equip you with all the tools for success. 

During the placement, you will have access to our Early Careers team to discuss future roles and programmes. 

To be successful, you will need:

• Confidence and enthusiasm, with the passion to excel in residential property
• A fascination with property, keeping up to date with the real estate market and current developments
• A strong desire to develop great people skills in your career, as communication and relationship building is at the heart of what we do
• A valid driving licence, allowing you to drive in the UK.

• Do you have min C/ 4 and above in GCSE Maths & English language?    
• 1 A levels / or equivalent e.g Scottish Highers, baccalaureate
• Do you have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
