Applications must be completed in full before the deadline.
Who can apply?
No matter your background, we want to hear from you. Just bring a passion for the world of property, and the desire to learn and grow.
Students who have completed at least one year of university studies, in any degree subject, are welcome to apply.
What should I expect after applying?
If your initial application is successful, you’ll move to the next stage. Here you will be asked to complete a short numerical reasoning test, a verbal reasoning test, and a short video interview.
We’ll be on hand to support you at each stage.
What next?
Our team will review your application, and successful candidates will be invited to our in-person assessment centre. You’ll receive all the info you need to know in advance so you can make sure you’re prepared for the day.

What if my application is unsuccessful?
You can submit one application per year across our main graduate, internship and 12-week work experience programmes.
If you’re not successful this time, you can apply again next year to a programme of your choice, provided you still fit the application criteria.

Transferable skills go a long way in property. We recognise the unique potential of each person, no matter their background or experience. If you’re studying a degree that isn’t RICS accredited you can apply as a ‘non-cognate’ student.
