In this programme, you’ll be based in one of our vibrant UK cities – and work at the heart of the UK property market. You’ll learn everything there is to know about our extended portfolio of clients, customers and properties. There’s no better head start to a career in property for business – and we’ll even help you achieve your MSc in Real Estate.
The UK property market is layered and diverse. From coast to coast, there’s no shortage of exceptional properties outside of London – and on our commercial pathway, you’ll focus on these, gaining hands-on experience across the widest range of projects in the sector.

Training and development
What you’ll learn
This scheme is open to graduates with and without RICS accreditation, so your experience will be personalised depending on your educational background.
No matter where you’re joining us from, you’ll get access to the specialist knowledge and expertise you need to become an expert in the Commercial sector.
All students
Regardless of your prior experience, you’ll rotate around different teams in our business.
We’ll support you in your journey to completing the prestigious Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). You’ll also become member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a professional body which will expand your network and horizons as you progress through your career.
Cognate students
If you already have, or are studying for, a degree that’s accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you’ll join us on our traditional graduate scheme, and undertake four 6-month rotations.
If you don’t have a RICS degree, don’t worry! We accept applications from a range of backgrounds, so find the one that’s right for you.
Non-cognate students
If you have, or are studying for, a degree that is not property-related and not accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), we’ll help you complete your Masters (MSc) in Real Estate, alongside the rotational graduate scheme, and undertake five 6-month rotations.

As long as you have (or are studying for) an undergraduate degree, plenty of enthusiasm to learn and grow, a passion for property, and a desire to build great people skills, we want to hear from you.
