Training and development
What you’ll learn
This scheme is open to graduates with, or studying for, fully RTPI accreditation only.
You’ll gain an abundance of hands-on experience working on real-world projects, alongside studying for your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Training will be a combination of seminars, workshops and self-study across a wide range of subjects, and you’ll be supported every step of the way to grow and develop.

As long as you are an undergraduate in the final year of your fully RTPI-accredited degree, or a postgraduate completing a conversion course or masters — we want to hear from you.
